    Good morning

does it make any difference or impair the sky box if the sat feed into your sky box is a combined feed from astra 28 and 19. I know i cant pick up the channels on 19 on my sky box.

But does it matter or should it just be a single feed from astra 28 for better useabilty.

    Tks

It would only be a 'combined' feed if you put a DiSEqC switch on it & since the Sky box doesn't do DiSEqC, there wouldn't be any point.

What configuration do you have in mind that gives rise to this question?

peter just future proofing what i have, i will be putting a lead into the sky box anyway so if it doesn't intefere with the sky box was going to put 19.2 on as well.

The switch shouldn't do any harm. There will be some signal loss through it but wouldn't have any effect unless you were really struggling to begin with.
