UPC Horizon App - remote recording

    Anyone else having a lot of problems using the Horizon App on the iphone to remotely set recordings? I don't think it has worked once for me.

    Frequently this message pops up 'An error has occurred'. Other times it asks you to override any scheduled recordings (this is with a box that can record 4 channels simultaneously), and if you do manage to set the recording on your phone then the box at home doesn't follow it and you miss your programme.

    The previous UPC remote app worked fine most of the time, but this new one seems hopeless.

    Never seems to work for me either. Always get the email saying it 'failed'. Upc will probably tell me I need to be standing beside the box!!

    Anyone got any tips about some kind of settings that need to be changed?
