Was He Interested?

I met a guy at a debs last night. He was the nicest gentleman. It wasn't either of our debs, we were the 'dates' of those attending. Our dates were friends and I'm great friends with his date. When we were together, it was mostly like nobody else was around us. We ended up sitting beside each other 90% of the time when sitting down. We just chatted, laughed and danced for the night. He would touch my arm or leg with his to get my attention, and made me laugh for the whole time. He told me I had gorgeous eyes too. We danced alone a little together, but mainly in a group. A few assumed it was us who were together at the debs, even though we weren't even in their school. He winked at me often and when we were going home, he checked up on me and even then made me laugh from the other side of the coach. He carried my bag and shoes at the end of the night too, and gave me his jacket (but I whispered in his ear to give it to his date instead).

I've heard he apparently has a girlfriend - and apparently he spent about half an hour talking to her at the debs, while my friends and I were in the bathroom and chatting and drinking. I remember him disappearing for a bit, so that makes sense. They've been together for a month or so supposedly.

What do you think? Did he like me? He's the nicest guy I'd ever met, and until the girlfriend thing came up I thought he really liked me too. Did I completely overanalyse it as I went along that night?

Obviously not that nice a guy if he was winking at you and flirting with you while his girlfriend was around...

Stay well clear of him as he is a player..

Nice guys don't chat up other girls especially with their girlfriend in the same room.

Best advice is to forget him-its possible he was just being friendly anyway.
