Painfully slow PSN

    Just wondering is anyone else's PSN painfully slow at the moment? I have an 80mb line and I'm trying to download the Diablo 3 demo and it's at 50% after 5 hours! I understand it could be my ISP but just wanna know if anyone is having the same issue before ringing magnet.

    At midnight people can download GTA V - right now everyone that bought GTA V on PSN from Australia to wherever is 2 hours from here is probably using PSN for that.

    I could not even get inside of the marketplace today. Ps3 was still fully online, so not a network issue.
    I guess it just went bananas.

    I've got 14MB and the demo downloaded and installed in under 30 minutes at around 2pm.

    PSN isn't slow in general but the file people usually are after are one that are new or they go on when there's a huge amount of people downloading.

    Cheers lads. Gonna give magnet a buzz anyway just to see if there's a problem in my area. All I can say is I'm glad I'm getting a boxed copy of GTA V on Tuesday because with the download speeds I'm getting right now GTA VI would probably be out by the time V comes down!
