sky card problems

okay heres my problem I have 2 sly boxes and one has a sub and the other has the freeview channels on its main menu bbc itv 123 and so on but I brought the skybox down that has the freeview channels on it and by mistake I put the card that has the sub in it now when I put the box that has freeview on it up stairs again it does nt show the freeview on the all channel s even after I put in a card that I bought that changes the menu could anyone help me please thanks

I'm guessing the box you used for Freeview was a HD one? Once you load up the Irish EPG on it the only way to get it back to the UK one is to use a UK card, did you have a UK one in it before?

yes I had a card that I just put in and it changed it straight away and when I did put the card back in it didn't change the channels at all ,its the kids sky box saves them going to other channels im confiused lol

Are you sure you've put the card in the right way? Give the Gold chip contact a wipe with something and try it again.
