Just wondering if anyone might have any suggestions for me, I've been looking around for a while and haven't as yet found anything that matches my criteria.

I'm looking for reasonably priced self catering at the end of September for 3 ppl (my parents & i) in West Cork. Ideally I would like self catering with access to a pool (maybe on hotel grounds?) or a nearby leisure centre, not too remote and within walking distance a a pub that has traditional Irish music a couple of evenings a week.

If anyone can think of anywhere I'd be very grateful for the suggestion.

Two bed apartments and holiday homes on the grounds of the Quality Hotel in Clonakility. Hotel has a leisure centre and is on the outskirts of the town but short walk to the main street.

Westlodge Hotel in Bantry has self catering cottages on site, and a leisure centre

Celtic cottages in Rosscarbery. You get concessions for the leisure facilities in the nearby Celtic Ross Hotel if you stay here.

WE stayed there a few years ago. THe cottages are lovely and are in the village of Rosscarbery, which has some nice pubs and a fab takeaway.

Once you are renting one of the cottages, you can join the leisure centre in the Hotel next door for a nominal fee.

Thank you both for the replies, much appreciated. I've booked a holiday home on the Quality Inn grounds in Clonakilty for this time. The Celtic Cottages look lovely too, I'll be keeping them in mind for another time. Thanks again for the info.
