Hey all, i need a little help putting together a PC. A friend of mine wants me to build a PC mostly for Word, payroll software etc, id imagine the most taxing thing she will be doing is youtube, however i would like to build something with a bit of future proofing. She has gotten some dubious quotes from local 'computer experts' so i thought id ask on here. Any help appreciated.

    1. What is your budget?
€500 or there abouts but the lower the better

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Payroll software, microsoft office, web browsing, possibly some low end games

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Yes, windows 7

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? Dvd drive. Possibly a psu, although i have not seen the guts of her old computer yet so probably best include all parts bar the dvd drive.

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future?
    future proof up to 1920x1080

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? card reader

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? no
    8. How can you pay? hardwareversand account up and running

    9. When are you purchasing? whenever

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? Will get hardwareversand to build, built my own but seeing as this is for someone else better get them to do it id imagine

Also if i am looking at a micro atx build am i adding on more expense?
