Pull Up Bar Recommendations

    Can anyone recommend me a pull up bar for use at home for a good price. I'm not looking for the best in the market but something safe and something I can rely on. I'm 83 Kilos aswell

    Its solid and comfortable. Only thing I'd recommend is using better screws than the ones provided, as they're fairly flimsy. All you have to do is screw the two brackets into the door frame and then the bar slots in.

    Don't get a screw in pullup bar. These ones are much more convienant:

    The Triple Gym would be the rolls royce version as it allows you to do dips/body-rows etc.

    I have had one of these for the last 5 years or more, use it almost everyday with no problems, handy to use, and to put away when not in use!

    how do those type of bar attach to the door?

    Also, from reading the reviews of that bar, it seems the max weight it can take is 12 stone. Just something to be aware of.

    To be honest I was looking for something maybe I nail on to a wall. Not a big fan of the ones that goes across the door

    If you don't mind me asking, why aren't you interested in the doorway ones? Have you old/weak/small doorframes or something? Apart from something like that, the doorway ones are fairly good.. i think.
