What are the options and where to get them?

I've some cheap ebay leg skins from china and an old Speedo FSII bodyskin (no arms) I got off ebay that I have no record of speedo ever making so it's probably a fake.

I'd love to afford an Arena R-Evo suit but that's a bit expensive £££.

The only other option I can really find from a shop are the Speedo LZR leg skins

Anybody any other options? What do the pro athletes use in their races?

I use Arena Power Skin Z Raptor jammers as my race togs. They are FINA approved, so never any issues at galas or OW races (if FINA togs are applicable). Like all FINA approved togs, they aren't cheap. I got them online from proswimwear.co.uk, present from GF.

If you are looking for proper OW skins, be prepared to pay big bucks from them. On the flip side, you can get the older (non FINA approved) togs from ebay for a bargain. These would be the same togs used by the pros going back maybe 4yrs which are now all banned. For Ireland and OW swimming, I can't see having any issues with using them. Stick to the main brands and you be grand.

Believe it or not, the open water Arena suit is a great price. Anywhere else especially abroad you wont get one for under 450 dollars. I have found it cheaper here and with a bit of google search I think you can get a further 10% off

If you go out to Swimkit and talk to Nicky Im sure he will do you a deal on the suit.

edit: further 10% off with MRS10FX code which gets you the suit for 194.39 sterling which with xe.com is 230 euro roughly.

actually edit again: wiggle.co.uk are doing this suit around same price as switkit.

I see swim kit just dropped 75e off their arena r-evo suits if you're a size 32.
