13 Mile Long Run in Killarney

    Due to my training partner having a new baby at home im on my own for long slow runs for the next while.
    If anyones interested in joining me i do 13 miles around the killarney national park either on thursday evenings or Sunday mornings.Pace is about 7 minute miles so 1:30 ish for the half.

    hence the 1:30 ish ,
    down in west cork " ish " gives you a half an hour window either side :D
