2 i really like the look of at Donny today.

The first is quite unoriginal in Elkaayed in the 4.10
He should be a class above this lot, 6/4ish at the moment but really should be up to winning this awful looking event. Has won over c&d this season, ground is ideal and will appreciate the drop back down to this trip that he's won twice over this season already. hard to beat.

The other is Life Partner for Godolphin in the 4.45 @ 5/1
Already a winner at Donny over a mile and won over this trip of 7f at Newmarket lto, he has the profile of an improving sort and although a tricky race to be overly confident in with such a big field, im expecting a huge run. I remember seeing his last race and thinking he'd never win as he pulled so hard out the back, but once he settled and was asked to go about his business he ran on really well and looked to win with something in hand. My concern is that there doesnt seem to be an awful lot of pace and quite a few hold up horse, so im afraid he coud pull hard again but Clive Brittain's horse made all last time so im hoping he goes off again.

Our Maimie looks a decent bet at 3/1 in the first at Uttoxeter. Has ran well all 4 starts over hurdles so far and has been second behind two decent sorts in Some Officer at Sligo and Lord Grantham at Ffos Las.

Channibar is travelling an awful long way to refuse to race in the 18:20 in Galway! And Nick Scolfield along for the trip to boot! Looking through his form he's even madder than Mad Moose! Can't wait to see what he does!

Oh and throw a 541 day lay-off into the mix lol

I put up 5.15 Doncaster Threes Grand 6/1 when successful on her last start and I think Scott Dixon's 3 year old should have a very decent chance of following up again off a 6lb higher mark.

The ground turning soft was not in this lads favour.
    I'll get him again.
