Hi All, I want to buy paper certs for my two children. I plan on holding the certs longterm maybe 20 years that is why I want paper certs. ISE is what I am looking at. I have a couple of questions: Can I buy certs for my kids as they are under 18 (2 and 1)? If not what is the best way to buy them in my own or wifes name…

Hi All,
I want to buy paper certs for my two children. I plan on holding the certs longterm maybe 20 years that is why I want paper certs.
ISE is what I am looking at.
I have a couple of questions:

Can I buy certs for my kids as they are under 18 (2 and 1)?
If not what is the best way to buy them in my own or wifes name for future transfer to my kids.
Where is best to purchase the paper certs?
