Has anyone submitted a complaint about their local welfare office?

I would like to know how they expect me to receive a reply when there is nowhere on the form asking for any sort of contact details.

I suppose to give them some credit, at least they're not even pretending to deal with any complaints.

Thanks. If it's just a feedback form it probably shouldn't ask if I'd like a response!

I pose my original question again though, has anybody used these forms? Is there any point?

I've never used it, so can't say, but if you don't get a response try the Ombusdman's Office with your complaint

Absolutley necessary! Freedom of speech is the only way. The Rights of the sick, vulnerable, workers on minimum wage, students and unemployed must be protected. That's why we are here on the internet talking about this stuff with eachother... Places like China don't have this privelege, everything is controlled by government.
