Can someone recommend an attic aeriel to pick up Saorview?

Since Saorview arrived I have been using an indoor antenna to pick up the signal from Mt. Leinster. I was getting this without any problems up until recently. Now I'm regularly getting picture freezes and interruptions and it's becoming annoying.
The house is located just a couple of miles from Mt. Leinster with a clear line of sight to the mast. I'm looking for some recommendations for a UHF aerial to place in the attic which will improve reception. I'm aware an external aerial is best but given the proximity to the transmitter I'm hoping an aerial in the attic should be sufficient.
    Can anybody recommend something suitable?

Maybe this standard contract aerial, not too big - http://www.tvtrade.ie/red-group-a-uhf-aerial.html

Have you tested the indoor aerial in the attic? What type of aerial is it?

I used an indoor aerial like this mounted in the attic to receive Three Rock once upon a time.

Thanks Cush. I presume I should use the Black group aerial for Mt. Leinster rather than the red one you suggest? But that looks like it could be a runner. The indoor aerial I have been using up to now was just a rabbit ears type one so hasn't been tested in the attic.

Mt Leinster frequencies are within UHF Group A so the red tip is most suited.

Black tip wideband aerials generally tend to have lower gain at the lower Group A frequencies and will be of no benefit to you over a Group A aerial unless you're using it to receive from another transmitter above Group A also.

The rabbit-ears rod aerials are VHF according to other posters here, the indoor aerial I linked to above would be a wideband UHF aerial.

I am using that same aerial from tv trade in my attic with no issues in Athy.
