    well basically im 32 years of age and ive been suffering from a.chronic bladder outlet obstruction caused by what they call a urethral stricture it had caused damage to my kidneys because I was misdiagnosed at the start the doctors will try bypassing the obstruction shortly but ive been told that after the obstruction is relieved I could suffer a severe post obstructive diuresis resulting in severe dehydration it has me worried so anyone in the medical profession here knows what that could mean
