Ford focus door lock

My Ford Focus drivers door will lock with central locking but won't open. It's the same using the key as it is with the fob so I'm wondering what it could be. I thought if it was just the key it would be the barrel but would the fob bypass that? All the other doors are fine. I can open the door from inside and when I open…

You should be able lock it from passenger door with key.do all other doors open with key/fob??? If so you may need a new lock. There a bit of an issue on this model, U could one from a breakers but U be better off gettin a new one

Yeah, it looks like the lock mechanism. Got one in the breakers for €30. Will have it fitted next week.
