    I'd recommend the Falls Hotel.

I would recommend this place in Lahinch. The couple who own it are top class operators and the Husband is the President of the Hotel Federation in Ireland. Spotless and close to town. www.vaughanlodge.ie

The Cliffs of Moher hotel in Liscannor is a nice modern spot, small hotel in the village, very short walking distance from Vaughan's pub which has a great restaurant and McHugh's bar which is lively and also serves good food; You can follow the new walking trail from Liscannor to the Cliffs if you wish, and you're close to Doolin and Lahinch for more places to eat and socialise.

If you like top class food Sheedys Hotel Lisdoonvarna or Ballinalacken Castle which is two miles out of town. Also Hotel Doolin would be a good base.
