At the moment I'm recovering from an eating disorder which was related to over exercise and just generally starving myself. I'm eating more now but I feel I'm eating too much where literally anytime I step into the kitchen I'm eating something and the whole time I'm still thinking of food. Is there anyone who has any advice?

Hi there. I dont know what quantity of food you are eating, but if you are hungry all the time and thinking of it contstantly, maybe you are just not taking in enough. maybe it might help if a professional gave you a diet to follow so you could eat accordingly? You say you are in recovery? keep it up for your own sake and good luck.
