    Hello,

I'm visiting Ireland this weekend and I was looking around for an acro yoga group, but didn't really find any info about one. Does anyone here do acro?

    Thanks,

    Steve.

Probably too late for your trip, but in case you return to Dublin, yoga teacher Deirdre Murphy teaches Acro Yoga:

Looks amazing. I've seen flyers for her classes but not fit enough to try it at the moment myself.

+1 for Deirdre Murphy, acroyoga is a lot of fun. As a way of gauging if it's for you, then a reasonable indicator is if you can hold a wall assisted handstand for something like 30 seconds.
