Sometime after the 2013 season ends.

There's absolutely no timetable on new jerseys, depending on new sponsors it could be any time from November to March.

Not every team will have a new jersey though. How do you know if your team will or not? I'd like to pick one up as a bday pressie but obviously dont want to get one thats being replaced

According to a recent Cavan thread on Hogan Stand, unless teams get a new sponsor jersey designs change every three years.

Cavan are apparently due a new jersey now in 2014.

As are Dublin with Vodafone leaving them. My guess is it could be Liberty Insurance.

I doubt it. They are already sponsoring the hurling championship heavily.
