Anyone missing a labrador?

I have this posted in animal and pet issues so hope its ok to put it here too. Just want to get this gorgeous boy home.
Found wandering aimlessly/lost on the duncannon new line, close to the hollow bar., ramsgrange. He's male, unneutered. Wearing a collar but no tag. No microchip either. Very friendly dog..

They know about him too.. I was on my way there Saturday to collect foster kittens when I found the lab. They couldn't take him in as they are full.. he is now in the care of new ross spca. I couldn't hold on to him because my own three were not happy unfortunately..
