    It depends on OP's career path.
    My own offhand understanding - each is as good a dept in their own way. However Cork might emphasis a little more European Union law links and commission roles whilst in Dublin, more Irish law leading to Judicial/State service roles. However, it might be best to ask this question on the Legal forum as there would be a more in depth response.
