Cider Making Questions

I have a few questions about a small batch of cider I made three weeks ago. I made it in a demijohn and used 3.5 litres of Lidl cloudy apple juice, 1g of cider yeast and a cup of black decaf tea. Fermentation has stopped but the mix is still very cloudy - is this normal? I was expecting the brew to clear.

I also need some direction on the next steps.
Should I siphon off into another demijohn and leave for a while before bottling?
Do I need to add carbonation drops/sugar/sweetener drops when bottling?

    All advice appreciated.

it won't clear unless you've added pectolase

you can do but if its been fermenting 3 weeks already its probably fermented out by now. have you taken a hydrometer reading?

if you want it to be fizzy add a level teaspoon of sugar to each 500ml bottle before syphoning in the cider. Sweetener tabs are optional, it'll be very dry, but you can just add them to taste when drinking the cider (or mix with apple juice). give it at least a month in the bottle before drinking.

It is normal to be cloudy at this stage. Adding pectime enzyme -pectalose prior to fermentation can leave the beer clearer more quickly. You can add pectalose to clear quicker but it is not as effective with alcohol present. I would transfer to another demi john anyway. It can take a lot of time for a cider to reach peak flavour by which time it might be clear anyway.
