    What do I need to meet these requirements?

    Entry Requirements:
    Applicants must satisfy the minimum entry requirement of a Level 8 degree, or equivalent, in a non-cognate area

    I believe it is that you hold a Level 8 qualification in an unrelated field to the one which you are applying to.
