Irish for children abroad

We are currently living in Australia but plan to return home in 1 or 2 years. My eldest should have started Primary last week if we had been home. She will start here in February. My concern is with Irish. We do not speak it regularly ourselves and have forgotten most of what we learned in school.

I would like my children to have some knowledge of Irish. But I am also interested in teaching them the Irish they should be learning if they were going through the Irish education system so they will not have to struggle on our return to catch up.

Any one have any suggestions for resources I could use? Was considering buying a school book and working through it. Does anyone have YouTube links or online tutorials they could recommend?
    Thanks
