    Hi Im a mature student starting the B.Ed in pats, just wondering if anyone else is starting as a mature student-would be good to get to know a few people! Also any advice on what subjects to pick for first year that aren't too difficult!

    First of all, congrats on getting you place in college. Now I'm not on your course but I'd suggest forgetting about how easy/difficult certain things are perceived to be and just pick based on how interested you are in it. You will find any subject that you are interested in a lot easier than a subject you are not interested in regardless of how 'difficult' it is.

    Hi I'm starting this year too, technically I'm mature but i got in through CAO I'm 23. Excited to start though, I chose Irish french and maths :)

    Im doing my interview for mature entry into this course next week!! im starting to crash with all the gaeilge at this stage!! anyone got any tips on what the irish oral part of the interview was like? any tips would really help!! are they separate interviews or does english roll into the irish?

    any tips for the english part wouldnt go a miss either!!
    Im seriously starting to doubt my self at this stage now that the interview date is getting so close!!!

    Hi,I've applied to st pats also for the BEd and I have the mature interview coming up.just wondering if you guys have any tips considering you have successfully gone through the process?
    Particularly curious about the content of the Irish part.....
