I am due to get my licence back next year after a 3 year ban. I'm not going to bother applying to get it back early.

I went on to liberty insurance for an online quote and it said "have you any claims or convictions in the last 3 years" I can tick no to that the day after i get my licence back?

Will the ask for a copy of my licence? which will have an endorsement on it.

Is there a catch or do they simply not care if it's been more than 3 years? A lot of the other insurers ask 5 years.
