    Hey :)
I'm a first year who's going to be going to Halls. The thing is I'm not mad into the whole going out and getting hammered kind of thing. I was just looking at the timetable thing they gave us for the opening weekend and it seems like there will be buses going into clubs every night. I was just wondering what clubs they usually go to and when the buses come back. I wouldn't mind going out but would I come across as being weird if I didn't go out every night or if I don't drink?
I'm not weird, I swear, I'm just not big into that kind of thing. Thanks in advance!

Last year, the first night was a club called "break for the border" as I recall. Then we went to D2 for the second night and I think possibly Lafayette for the third. There are no buses back, you need to organise your own way back to halls. Taxis aren't too pricey if you share with other halls students. I doubt it would be weird not going as not everyone's into that, but I would recommend trying one night perhaps as most of the halls students do go, plus with no lectures there isn't a whole lot else to do for those first few days :P

I was 19 last year during freshers week, but I got checked every time without fail for each club, and I remember seeing a good few disappointed people who weren't allowed in :(

not drinking is really your choice and you shouldn't consider your self weird because of it i haven't tasted alcohol for the past 18 years of my life and wont be either
