Fetac Question

    Was considering doing a distance learning fetac course, its a 12 week course. Just wondering are they considered the same as courses that people attend in local vec and do collages treat them the same.

    It sounds like a component certificate rather than a full/major award. I'm sure a certificate earned by distance learning would be considered the same as the same certificate earned by class time. But it would only be 1/8th of the material required for a full award (at level 5/6)

    I see your actually correct, just came across that now. I take it there is no chance of being able to do a full award from home.
