Recovering Word Files

Long story short, My very important files got deleted and emptied from recycle bin, anyway of restoring them without windows back up as windows back up was not set up for me. So any way I can get them back Thanks

Run Recuva and search for *.docx (or *doc).

Download the portable version on another computer and run it from a USB stick. Avoid any writing to the computer in question as this will impair your chances of recovery.
