Is Social science a good degree for joining the guards

    I was wondering if social science or sociology at UCD are good degrees for joining the guards? :) if anyone is doing these courses or hopes to do these courses please tell me about them or pm me :) im in 5th year now and would like to know what is the best course for the guards so I know how many points I need when doing the leaving cert :)thanks
