Ski recommendations - Similar to Avoriaz

    Hi

    I am an intermediate skier, I went to Avoriaz approx 2 years ago and really enjoyed the variety and length of the runs in Avoriaz.

    Can anyone recommend me a skiing resort similar to Avoriaz?

    Meribel as is very similar to Avoriaz, with less ugly buildings :pac: Links into the Trois Vallées range so there endless skiing a pretty efficient lift system and great skiing. Very English atmosphere in the resort though

    Sauze d'Oulx in Italy, links into the Milky way so again a big area lifts are a little older but prices will be much lower than France.


    Nendaz, Switzerland, links into the 4 valleys, cheap access to Verbier, ski area and lift system

    Saalbach in Austria fairly large ski area ultra modern lift system big party town car free village like Avoriaz
