horizon recorder problems?

got the new upc horizon box, but I seem to be having problems with my recordings. They all record alright but seem to vanish after a week.. For instance my series link of a certain programme I could have two weeks worth before I get to watch it.. then when I go to view it seems to only have the current week there and the rest has been deleted.. it is getting very annoying and I went into settings and De-activated auto delete and it's still happening. Please can someone help.
