    What is the feeding value of silage efflunet and do any of you use any ways to trap it in the pit such as chopped straw , pulps or what ever.think you can use rolled barley too

    Heard of lads using dried beet pulp in the past , but that was in the days beet factories... :( . I'm sure I saw a guy had piped it from a small holding tank into a trough/ drinker for his cows ,
    You'd fairly fill up your pit if you stuck a layer or 2 of straw bales in the bottom of it ....
