Missing Payment

    Hi. I recently moved to eFibre but in between the old account being closed and balances moved over to the new bill I had made a payment. This was back on the 15th August. I just got a new eFibre bill today (dated the 1st Sept) but it doesn't reflect the payment I made on the 15th August. This is due to be debited from my account on the 15th September. I need to make sure this payment is reflected on my account before the payment is taken. I rang Eircom today but ended up on hold too long and didn't have time to wait. Can someone please advise on what I need to do to resolve this. Thanks!
