    Sensational finish to the match in Stormont this evening with Ireland rescuing victory from the jaws of defeat. Scored 13 in the final over to win with one ball and one wicket to spare. How they found themselves in that position is something that will worry them though having been 95-0 after 16.5 overs they collapsed to 131-6.

    Ireland had qualified already and won the WCL but this is still an important win in keeping Ireland well out in front as the top associate nation. Another game on Sunday which won't mean too much with Scotland's qualification hopes now resting on the separate qualification competition later in the year.

    You'd hope Ireland can deliver a more complete performance on Sunday though.

    Caught the end of that on CricInfo - a very tight finish and sure didn't look likely in the closing overs. Was that the first 6 of the Irish innings? Dare say the Scots were pretty 'pissed off' with themselves afterwards..
