Fordson Dexta Lift Problem

    Hi,
    I have a standard Fordson Dexta in rough condition and i'm thinking about doing it up. My main problem is the lift is stuck up and not sure what is causing it. this tractor was in a field with grass and briars growing through it when i bought it. Its the older model with the 4 bolts holding the lift control levers in place.
    All help is grately apreciated,
