    Chaps,

Looking for a 1 1/8th carbon fork for relatively relaxed handling.

    About 25.4cm steerer height.

Budget maxes out at around e60.

Ideally in the Dublin area as I can collect and maybe even fit it for size/rake if that's cool with the seller.

I've an Easton EC70 with a pretty long steerer tube you can have for €30. Not really sure of rake... It's used, but fine.

    Where are you based Dave?

Normally, Kilmainham, which is where the fork is. I'm away for the weekend, but will be back there Sunday evening, if you want to have a look. I can post measurements then too.

Cool. I'm in D8 too. Currently working part time so pretty flexible. Could spin over whenever suits.

Hey Dave, I'd be interested in that if rollingscone doesn't want it!

Noted Paul. He's going to view it on Monday, I'll let you know then.

Rollingscone didn't take the fork, as his bike takes a 1" fork, not a 1" 1/8'. Paul, are you still interested?

Yeah really sorry about that Dave, quite embarrassed that I didn't spot the shim. Sorry about the inconvenience, I'm pretty sure I waffled on far too long.

    So it's a 1" diameter I'm looking for.

Also I'll be away for ten days from Friday in case anyone is trying to get in touch.

Hi Dave, I'd be glad to take this as long as steerer is long enough. I need 27cm ideally but could get by with 25cm at a push. Thanks, Paul

I'll measure it up this evening and confirm, but think it should be long enough.
