Very early days but GB&I are 1 up in 3 of the 4 Foursomes matches. Moynihan and Phelan paired together too.

Moynihan and Phelan go 1 up thru 10 after being 2 down thru 4. GB&I still up in 3 matches and all square in the other. Great start.

The course looks great, will be good to see some of it properly tonight.


Foursomes have finished 2.5 to 1.5 in favour of GB&I. Moynihan losing 2&1 in a very up and down match. Its still a very good result from the foursomes though and hopefully they will keep it up for the singles this evening.

Super shot from Moynihan out of the the bunker over water leaving it to about 2 feet, stunning. He's the only European leading in the singles.

After the shot some Yank near a camara says... I'd pay a thousand dollars to hit a shot like that!!!
