Hey so i was on Btea the last college year and for the summer i was on job seekers allowance but at the bottom of my docket the next sign on day said N/A , and now today i had no money in the post office waiting for me and no letter saying so, i was depending on that money since i was supposed to be moving to my student accommodation monday, im going back to college on the 16th, so maby its gone for a week till the BTEA kicks back in, ?

    Anyone else have this problem?

I sorted out everything after that, as it turns out they claimed i was supposed to sign on and that they gave me a date ( i dont remember getting it) so my payment was suspended for a few days. I should be getting my full BTEA next week or so . :D

Yeah usually you should always ignore any dates on post office receipts in relation to signing on, even if they say N/A, they're never right, so ya have to make sure you write down the next months date when ya sign on the previous month
