Dishwasher not cleaning properly

    Hi,

    i've followed the guidelines but our dishwasher is not cleaning properly. The washing tablet is left mostly intact either if it remains in its compartment or falls out. Any idea what could cause this ? The water is clearing out correctly from what I see.

    Make, model, age, history of other faults?

    It sounds like the inlet pipe is blocked i.e. there isn't enough water getting in but you need to give us more info.

    Is this a new machine or something that has just started to occur on your previously functioning machine?
    If new; After loading the dishwasher, make sure that both arms call fully spin.
    We had a similar issue were larger plates were blocking the top arm from spinning.
    There was a setting to adjust the hight of the top tray which solved our problem.
