Best Recruitment Agencies for Graduates?

    Hi there,

I've just recently finished a BA (Hons) degree in Media Production Management and have entered the daunting world of job hunting as a grad with minimum real world experience. I was wondering if any fellow graduates could recommend a recruitment agency that idealistically takes an interest in graduates?

Any recommendations with agencies you've had good experiences with in the past would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Morgan McKinley is good for IT and business type jobs. Gradireland is a good resource too. Does your college have a careers fair/recruitment fair or anywhere else that might have one?

Its that mainly radio/tv/multimedia/communications type of course you done? Irishjobs.ie are good for graduate jobs aswell but selection of jobs for graduates is poor unless you have experience.

Grafton recruitment are good for the type of jobs you might be looking for. Any recruitment agency that specifically deal with grads with your course or similar background might be worth looking into.

A job coach might be worth going too aswell. How about a jobbridge? Its one way to get experience but choose so wisely. Any graduate internships whether at home or abroad or graduate programmes you could do? Assess every option even if it meant not doing something exactly what you skilled/qualified in but something similar to it? Everyone starts somewhere at the bottom of the ladder. Just very hard to get your foot in the door though and entry jobs and grad jobs is what you be looking at.

Is there any specific jobs you looking for? I also suggest to create a linkedIn profile and apply to companies/businesses you are interested in and apply to them directly!

    Best of luck!

Moran McKinley are a joke, they're useless bunch of *****.

They will waste your time. In fact the best advice is avoid all agencies if you can.
