Seat Leon emptying water every day- what to check now?

OK, so, it started overheating, took it to mechanic, new EGR cooler, no better, new thermostat, new water pump, new timing belt and new sensor fitted (I'd have bought a new engine by now). Car was fine for a week, now needs water filled every day again. Mechanic cannot seem to find the problem, and I am fed up spending money on it, can anyone give me some ideas as to what could be wrong?
    Cheers.

Is it possible it's the head gasket?

Water... as in coolant? or as in screen washer?

P.S - wondering, just in case.

    Is radiator damaged perhaps?

Also if you don't have an engine cover below, if you check every morning under car, you should see where the most drops/spill happened, that might tell you more precisely where the leak could be.

your mechanic should have pressured tested the coolant system, if your losing coolant there is a leak or your head gasket is faulty.

Leak from a hose radiator etc. should leave signs on the ground or wet patches on engine or lower chassis of car.

have a quick look at inside of oil filler cap is it covered in a milky (mustard) coloured gunk, a lot of white smoke and horrible sweet smell from exhaust at start up can be symptoms of head gasket failure.

be careful you don't let the car over heat as it will cost a lot more to sort out.
