I really love the look of these cars and the vintage tax makes it even more atractive :-), but could a mk5 cortina be driven as an everyday car?

we use our mk5 everyday.she's a 1.6 and has plenty of grunt.nice and comfortable to drive with plenty of boot space.we're luck as ours is a '79 so nct exempt too.it cost us an extra €50 on the insurance as we went up from a 1.3 fiesta but what we save in tax totally out ways that.
