Paypal Dispute problems - Website down?

    I'm trying to raise a dispute on an item and have been gettting this message all day - I dont imagine its just me...

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@paypal.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    A what point do you get the error? do you get to enter comments?

    I was just able to open a Dispute without any problems, try clearing cache, cookies also maybe try another browser.

    To logon type in your browser the web address do not use links from emails.
