D70s filthy sensor and Mould on 80-200 lens

Hi all, Can anyone tell me of its worth while getting a new sensor for my N D70s and what the cost might be. Also I have a lovely Nikkor 80-200 IFED 2.8 lens that suffers from some mould on some of its ellements. Can anyone tell me if it's worthwhile also getting this seen to or is it just worthless. Thanks all.
