Ironman almost loses race because of premature celebration

Would have love if he lost, smart bastid! :D

    http://ftw.usatoday.com/2013/08/ironman-celebration-race-brazil/
At the end of a half-Ironman triathlon last weekend in Brazil, Jérémy Jurkiewicz of France turned the final corner in first place. Rather than cross the finish line before celebrating, Jurkiewicz, whose last name seems apt, started dancing a few meters before the tape. While he was basking in his inevitable victory like someone who was just selected to be the next contestant on the Price Is Right, competitor Igor Amorelli turned the corner, saw Jurkiewicz’s lack of focus and broke into a full sprint in a last-ditch attempt to get the win.

Sadly, Jurkiewicz noticed the sprinting Amorelli at the last second and Jurkiewiczly moved in front of him to slow him down before he crossed the finish line first. So not only did this clown celebrate a race he hadn’t won, but when he realized he was in danger of losing, he shoves his competitor with an air of entitlement, as if saying “how dare you have the audacity to try and win a race that I would have won four seconds ago if I hadn’t been prancing around like a boxer who just won the flyweight title.”

    Why is "Jurkiewicz", apt?
Something like "jerk" and "Witz", is it?

He deserved to lose. Race an't over till you cross that line.

The guy coming second actually stopped rather than overtake him. He wasnt blocked off until he slowed.

If that was me I would of sprinted through the line, wouldn't be my fault that the other runner decided to slow down on the finishing straight.
Amorelli probably felt guilty for steeling Jurkiewicz glory!
