I was just reading the ASTI Nuacht on the Haddington Road ballot that's coming up.

My reading is that if we reject HR, we will not get the increment due this week at all as our pay will be frozen.

If we vote for HR, we will get our increment and it will be back-dated to the day it was due on, i.ie 1st Sept -- is this correct?

That is correct - increments frozen under FEMPI (I.e. if HR is rejected) . Your next years increment will be delayed by 3 months if HR is passed.

and frozen again for 3 minths so you will be a year behind. I assume you are already aware of all the extra hours and how s and s will become part if our hours

The whole proposal is pure blackmail. It's lose lose.

    From ASTI site:

    If Haddington Road Approved:
"If you earn less than €35,000 your next increment would be paid, but there would be a three-month delay in the payment of your following increment.

If you earn between €35,000 and €65,000 your next increment would be paid but but the following two increments would be delayed by three months each."
