Would anyone know how to make this kind of yogurt?

My Granny used to make the best yogurts you'd ever have for her Indian cooking, unfortunately I never got around to learning how she did it.

The yogurt in question that she made was really light and fluffy like, had a slight sour taste to it - incredibly gorgeous with the curries.

And all I can recall of her making it was she used some culture on milk, placed it in a metal container and left it over the fridge to ferment... :pac:
