Any bills I've seen just show the APN the device connected to, and the amount of data transferred. They said nothing about what sites were visited.

Yes, I've gotten itemised bills from Vodafone and Tesco Mobile and they were both like that.

Seem to be getting a bit panicky are we?.. The bill will just have a list of dates, times and data usage- not an itemised list of websites

They usually have all the visited site's on the bill, and they send a copy to all your friends and family on Facebook.

    Who's been a naughty boy then ?

And hopefully Julian Assange and Edward Snowden.

Screw personal privacy. If governemnt agencies should have all of their dirty carry-on exposed to all and sundry then what right has the individual to privacy?

    Discuss.

How do you think Snowden got caught?

    Government read his itemised bill.

Phone calls, and SMS / MMS text destinations come up on itemised bills.

Internet access is just counted as an amount of data, there's no details of anything else.
If the did itemise every server your phone connected to, your bill would have to be delivered large box!

Indeed. I have analysed and studied itemised bills regularly over recent years in my financial role. Amount of Data and time accessed - only.
